It looks like a really old Sunback?

Except it is a common pet.

Im just confused.

I think BBS means Benjamin Button Syndrome. It's a age-reversing disease in real life.

Just to add, it means that a pet is an adult and will forever be in that stage. This is is the opposite of a PPS pet, which is a pet that will never reach the adult stage. The first Benjamin Button Syndrome litter occurred in April 2015.
