Disactivated Account?

My boyfriend RedOnesOut3 tried logging on a few days ago, and it said his account was disabled. I tried contacting CS, but no emails have been sent back.

    This is not something regular users can help with, you should have him send in a Help Ticket to the staff if he hasn't already - he does not need to be logged in or have access to his account to do so. It usually does not take too long for a reply, usually about a day or two at most, but that depends on how many tickets are sent in. It can also take longer if it needs to be discussed with multiple staff members. Though, accounts are only deleted/deactivated if they get banned or if the owner asks for it to be deleted/deactivated - no account that has any pets or posts made is ever deleted unless it's one of those two things.

I know he cant be banned. It never said, and we never asked for it to be banned.

He should send in a help ticket. He can do so with any email address without access to the account, but preferably with the one attached to the account. This is not something normal members can help you with, and staff will not discus account details on a public forum. If he has already sent in a help ticket then please just be patient. It can take a while sometimes for staff to respond.

He cant remeber if his email he used is attached to the account
