Cannot view topics or topics are "cut" ?

Hi!

I've noticed that a LOT of topics, more commonly art competition ones I've entered or even my own entry for an art competition, have been changed/are missing a large portion of posts or just give me the message: "No posts exist inside this topic for the selected time frame." or the topic has been "Cut" and there are huge chunks of it missing. (Example, the front page of the topic or several pages are missing).
My piece of art is missing a complete description that I put on there!

What is going on? Is this a bug or something?

No, it's not a bug, you've just had your settings changed.
Go here:
ucp.php?i=prefs&mode=view
Go to edit display options, the tab on the left
make sure both options say "all posts" and "all time"
