Banners and Dreamie Logos Help?

Anybody know any good. free websites or apps to make them? I heard gimp and I wanted to try but I'm on my sisters laptop and she won't let me because it supposedly "slowed down her laptop" a while ago when she tried it.

Basically, any art program that has free select and an eraser should do the job.

I use medibang paint (free)pro to make them.

I think you can edit pictures on picmonkey. It doesnt require a download. Im not relly sure if it will be able to help you make a banner/logo but it's worth a try c;

If you have a steady hand maybe you could give paint a shot? Just MS Paint or whatever "art program" your sister's computer has predownloaded on it c:

DeviantArt has something called Muro that you can use without downloading. To find it, just hover over the Submit button and click "Draw with dA Muro". I don't have much experience with it, though.
