Can people use pet designs as there own characters

i remember reading it somwhere but i can not find it

i saw someone make a character on a site using the design of a malk horse but i was sure this was not allowed by CS and counts as design thieft (the site its on dosnt allow thieft) just wanted to make sure here frist


edit: ok so they also flat out used a CS image as a character ill be reporting it to the site

You may use CS pets and designs as your OC's as long as you do not claim that you made the design and give full credit to CS. Here are the art/image posting rules.

It is fine to use our pet images for website mascots, roleplay characters, personal characters or fursonas; as long as you acknowledge and display credit to http://www.chickensmoothie.com for the design or images you use. Remember the designs remain copyrighted to CS, and other CS users are allowed to use the same designs. This rule doesn't include 'custom pets'.
