Pound wait time got messed up for me?

i dont think this is normal and ive never had this happen before, it was actually higher then this and wondered what could of happened?

I just went to the pound after seeing this and it started mine at 27 seconds; not near as long, but still above normal, so it seems like it isn't just you. [on google chrome, windows 10]
