Oekaki and pen pressure help

Hello, on Oekaki the pen pressure will randomly turn off and on. I have a wacom tablet and I use Microsoft word and Chicken paint. Can anybody help me resolve this problem?

Microsoft Edge is the best browser to use for chicken paint. Also check if your drivers are updated!
