Pet site builders

Thank you for this. I know a little bit of HTML, CSS, and JS, but am finding it incredibly difficult to code my own site from scratch. I either keep running into an error with the code on the welcome page, or just have no idea idea on how to do certain other things, such as how to set up the owned pets page. I have no intention of my site being in competition with CS. It's meant to be more like Lorwolf, Wajas, and FlightRising, but with it's own spins. Even then I don't intend to compete with those sites either. It'd be helpful if I had a more experienced coder on the team with me, as the one I currently have has been ghosting, and so it's been solely up to me coding wise, which has been rather rough.
