That's downright ridiculous that someone'd steal a fursona avatar.

I have to say that was incredibly stupid. Not just an avatar but the avatar of a mod who is seen regularly on the forums and I'm sure everyone here could see Sorren Fey's avatar and recognise it immediately.
There are plenty of good ones for free use on the site, and if you want an original one just ask someone... I do avatars, they're not that great though.
