Tablet question? (Not sure where else to post this)

I'd appreciate all the help I can get with this. I have a Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch tablet, I've only had it for a couple of years and for some reason, it has stopped working on one of my laptops, my main one which I use most often, so I really need the tablet to work on here. It used to, until sometime around last July, and it suddenly stopped.

When I plug the tablet in, it lights up and basically acts like it should. The tablet responds to finger touch, and all of the lights work, the orange that gets darker when touched and the white light works too, getting darker when the tablet is touched. But when I use the pen, the cursor on-screen does not respond. I know it's not the tablet because it works just fine on my other computers, and I've tried installing almost all of the tablet drivers from the website, and I've also tried re-installing the entire tablet. Nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone have any idea what might be going on?

Have you checked the settings? Maybe an update to your computer caused the default setting to change to "only use touch" or something like that? Also check your computer settings regarding tablets. They should be under the system control panel.
I had a problem with my Bamboo Pen tablet once and it was because of the computer settings, I believe.

I had the exact same problem with the exact same model just yesterday ^-^ Simply shut down/restart your system and plug the tablet in again, and see if that works. If not, uninstall and reinstall. Hope this works!

Did you uninstall everything first? Let me know.

Also have you got replacement nibs? Where do you get them from?
