Question about trading

Hey, so I'm kind of new... anyways. What do you do when you run out of older pets to trade? 'Cause you can't trade new pets for old ones and I don't have any more to trade that are before March 2012, so I can't get any of the older pets on my wishlist. What do I do?

What I did was go to Free Adoptions. If you stalk the forum, you'll get to the new threads first, and if there are any, you'll get some of the rares. :3

You could do that or "Paperclip" or just trade a bunch of new pets for an older pet

Also make sure your wishlist is up to date. There are wishlist bombers and other nice people out there that gift pets, even rare and old pets.

And be sure to visit the pound! Maybe you'll catch it open and maybe you'll get even an '08 pet.

Try finding people hoarding recent outcomes, maybe? Some of them overpay if someone offers enough of a particular pet.

Keep collecting. Be sure to get every outcome you can per month. If one turns out to be a rare, even if you don't like it, you can trade it for something you do want. Good luck!

And, as Princess Luna said, I would also strongly advise trying to find someone who hoards recent outcomes. It's a very good way of getting WL that leaves both ends happy.
