New Animals to come...? Where are they?

I was wondering... we have; bats, beta's, bunnies, butterfly wolves, cat's, dog's, donkies, draft's, foxes, horses etc. but why don't we have:
- crocodiles and alligators?
- where are the CHICKENS!?
- flowers? (we have fruits so why not?)
- birds? (apart from owls, seagulls for example?)
- butterflies? (not wolves with wings)
- trees? (i know this is an idiotic idea! but i like it!)
- pigs?
And finally:
- SHEEP!?

There are plenty more animals we don't have, but why not spice up spring this year? And in summer, why not have snakes? Like the Russian ушь (oosh)? And in autumn, why not have bear's? And in winter, why not have funny snow creatures like yoko (german film search it)? So why? Please, if you can do this this year please do!

And where are the pegusi, unicorn's, Hydra's, Jackalope's, Enfields, Cerberus', Griffins, Gryphons, Chupacabra's, Kitsune's, Perytons, Mermaids, Chimera's, Werewolves, Pixies, Jenny Green Teeth, Grimhounds, Centaurs, Ki-rin's, Ichthyocentaur's, Hippocampus', Hippogriff's, and minotaur's?
