Help? Please?

Hi,
I need help (as you probably already know). You see, I've been wondering how to do something. If you look here, if you scroll down to the bottom of the first post, it says this:

what will I offer you?
paying & prices
the form to fill out

If you click those links, they take you to the same thread, but a different post in the thread. How do I do that? I've tried to figure it out, but I just can't seem to get it right.
Please help me!

At the top of the post, you'll see a title - for example, the title of my post reads "Re: Help? Please?". It's a link - copy its URL by right clicking (PC) or Command+clicking (Mac) the words, selecting whatever option your browser might give (Copy link address, or whatever it might be), and use it in your usual linking code -
