offline adopting

how do you adopt pets offline i just wondering because i have seen people with awesome pets that they got offline and i was wondering how to do that

Just log off and adopt pets like you usually would. The only difference is that they aren't really "yours" and you therefore can't do anything with them other than display them on the forums.
