If you included pictures in the post, it's waiting for approval from a mod. CS has a lot of sites blacklisted because of abuse.
It'll be approved or disapproved eventually - it takes time. There's a lot of posts that have to be approved, and the mods can't be on 24/7 for just that purpose.
