My friend hasn't been on in a while, and has forgotten her password. She's also changed email, and therefor cannot find a way to recover her password.
Is there a way she can recover her password? We'd both appreciate the help!

Go to the login page and click the "I forgot my password!" link. Then it should take you through the steps to get a new password.

EDIT: Ohwait she changed her email too? Guess she'll just have to get a new account.

Have her e-mail help@chickensmoothie.com and haver her tell the e-mail she used to sign up with and her username. They can use that to verify the account is hers and they will get her account back.

Just to add on to this, please do not make a second account as IncadescentMelody suggested, as it's against the site rules to create a second account for any reason :3
