Pony can't wear pony items

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I went to dress an older pony I got from a trade,This one here, ->
Pet's name: Murgatroid Mugwump

But for some reason, the pony items wouldn't readjust to fit the pony, they stayed in the form meant for dogs. Is there any way this can be fixed? (I just have it with regular items for the picture, but I could put the non-working clothes on it if you need an example.)

Not all items readjust for ponies.

To check if this is a glitch or not, go to Sort Items by Species and then click Pony. All the items that readjust for ponies will be listed there, readjusted to fit the pony. If you want to use an item that doesn't appear there it will not readjust for you.

If the item is supposed to readjust and it isn't, report the problem here.

Please send in a help ticket on that - the problem isn't with the item categories but with the pony's tagging in the system, as no items are converting for it, and a help ticket is the best way to get that sorted out :3
