It's not based on time-zones per se. It would be a week via CS time. You adopted Apr 20, 2024 2:09 pm; so you would not be able to adopt again until Apr 27, 2024 2:10pm. CS rollover changes twice a year with daylight savings, which means Gathering and Errands close/open times change too!
