Before we start any introductions, you must know that every town has it’s rules. Here are ours!

1 - Please fill out the joining form before claiming a catsperson
2 - please try to avoid mini-modding!
3 - we have a 3 strike system. Strike number 1 is a warning,
strike number 2 is a temporary ban, and strike number 3 is a permanent ban.
4 - when applying for a staff role, PRIVATE MESSAGE the founder.
Do NOT post it in the thread.
5 - You may private message the founder any suggestions you may have!
7 - while exchanging pets for currency(cat treats) is an option, you do not
have to. You can get everything without dropping a single pet.
6 - These are just general rules! There will be more guidelines according to
whatever feature the rules are applied to.

What are Catspeople?
Catspeople are cute, humanoid like cats that are the size of housecats.
Their behavior is very similar to ours and they can come in a broad range
of patterns and colors. They can also have hair and wear clothes. It's like
a society of cats!

RARITIES
Standard

Fur edits, Tail edits, Small horns, more than one tail

Rare
Small wings, large horns, multiple eyes, more than one pair of limbs, shorter limbs, glow,

Very rare
Small powers, large wings, more than one pair of small wings, "aura", pose change, sparkle

Mermaid tail, fin, more than one pair of large wings, large powers, Crystal shine, floating crystal,

Look! New arrivals to our town. They all need a home! Please take one.
You may only apply for one catsperson per batch! There is no limit to how many you can have under you care. They are not first come first serve and require small forms each that will be judged. Once each new arrival in that batch receives a form for adoption a set date for adoption form judgment will be set. Once the deadline is achieved the winners per new arrival will be announced ^^
Also, prettying up the adoption forms is fine! Depending on who is judging it may or may not have an effect.

You are allowed to take them offsite once adopted, but please credit it back here! And do NOT sell them for more than they're worth.

Don't worry if you don't win that catsperson- you might get an Honorable mention! Depending on how many HMs you have you can exchange them for custom tickets.

3 HMs - standard custom ticket
6 HMs - uncommon custom ticket

15 HMs - Very rare custom ticket
25 HMs - Legendary custom ticket

And a participation medal! Everyone who makes an entry for a catsperson and doesn't win or receive a HM still receive a participation medal. It follows a similar exchange system.

This is the orphanage. Sadly, these are catspeople that have been abandoned or catspeople who had been under the care of a user who is now banned and could no longer keep them.
You can either adopt a catsperson from here or drop one off to abandon. Please note you can only abandon 3 catspeople in a week. Once you adopt a cat from the orphanage you may change their name.

Hello, darling! Pets are mini companions that can accompany your catsperson. They can provide boosts in certain areas! Mini pets can be found while exploring, or their charms can. Mini pet charms can be activated to summon a mini pet or used as a material in crafting to make different mini pet charms.You can also come to me to activate a pet charm at the cost of 20 cat treats! Feel free to look around.

I created little mini portals in jars with my wonderful magic. Thank me later, and don't question it. I have personal preferences as to where portals should be placed!
You can send one catsperson to an area once a day to explore. Depending on the area and your catsperson, your awards can vary.
Sometimes, accessibility to certain areas, including event areas, will be limited to catspeople with certain traits. If your catsperson doesn't have that trait, your catsperson will not be able to explore there! If you're not sure if you cat has the proper traits ask any of the staff.
I will also occasionally open up portals to exclusive areas for event periods! These event areas have exclusive rewards that usually aren't obtainable again until the portal opens again. So keep an eye around here if an event comes up!
