Welcome to the Floofland Meadows!

We are a union of two animal farms that specialize in breeding
sheep and hedgehogs - Larkspur Meadows and
buffalos and porcupines - Yarrow Meadows (you're here). Our farms are located
in the Flooflands, where you'll find the perfect conditions to breed
and raise these species.

Thanks to our breeding efforts, these species are now available in
all colors under the sun, and are even interbreedable in the case
of sheep and buffalo, and hedgehogs and porcupines.

You can help us in our quest for more variety by giving our animals
a good home, and by breeding them yourself!

Our species are growable and have two stages, a baby stage and an adult stage:

and now we have stabilized these differences! Here's how their appearance

❀ Do not steal the art or text or other users' adoptables. This should go without saying.
❀ You may display your adoptables anywhere you like as long as you link back to this thread.
❀ You may not trade away your adoptables for other things. If you don't want them anymore, return them to us and we'll find a new home for them.
❀ You may trade your Floofland Meadows adoptables for other Floofland Meadows adoptables. This includes trading Larkspur
Meadows adoptables for Yarrow Meadows adoptables and vice versa.
❀ Adoptables will be given out through raffles if not otherwise stated. The duration may vary.
❀ Only enter a raffle for one adoptable per batch/litter.
❀ If you change your username, please let us know (via pm is absolutely fine) so there's no confusion about the ownership of
an adoptable.

You can request for your adoptables to breed here. For that, first you need the
breeding pass, which you will automatically get once you own at least two Floofland
adoptables.
If you have the breeding pass, you can either breed two of your own
adoptables or ask another user to breed theirs with yours. In both cases, the
adoptables have to be compatible, that means these combinations are allowed:

two of the same
hedgehog and porcupine
sheep and buffalo

If you want to breed two different species, you can request the breeding in either
thread (Yarrow or Larkspur). For the adoptables available here (porcupine/porcupine
and buffalo/buffalo), please request breeding here.

Any additional line edits or add-ons will be priced on a case by case basis. If you want such

Having collected ingredients in the forest, you return to Dr. Lint's cottage.



Dr. Lint seems very rushed, but as soon as she spots you, she's in front of you almost immediately.

"Thank goodness you're here! You have the ingredients?"

You hand over the ingredients but Dr. Lint doesn't take them.

"No no, I think, uhm, there's been a small problem with one of my, uh, experiments. I really need your help."

She points you to another room, where you find several floofland adoptables - but they look wrecked!

You take the measurements of the pet and head over to the address Dr. Lint gave you. Unlike with Dr. Lint, you find a sign telling you to walk around to the back, where you find Gilbert.



"Who're you? Oh sigh You must have come from Dr. Lint. What's she done now?"

You tell Gilbert what happened and he just sighs again exasperatedly.
"Okay, I'll help you." He seems to grumble something about "again" and "always the same". You decide to ignore it.

You hand over the ingredients as well, though Gilbert has no need for the bag - looks like you can keep it!


Gilbert immediately turns around and starts to work, and you decide to leave Gilbert alone, he seems kinda grumpy anyway.
