Welcome to "Heart of the Sea"! Here you can capture your own sea creatures and give them wonderful homes! These creatures are unlike any in your average ocean. Some of them have disfigurements, strange colors and patterns, and a downright funny appearance, while some look completely normal!

Some of the creatures you find may be in their adult form, while on occasion you may collect an egg! As creatures are discovered, they will be recorded in a species database along with their rarity! Maybe if you're lucky, you'll discover a legendary creature....or better yet, the fabled extinct creature.

So, gather your gear and hit the water, who knows what you'll find!

Rules

-Do not claim other people's creatures as your own.
-Do not claim the art as your own. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
-Do not spam, this means talking about things unrelated to the adoptables or constantly posting random substance.
-Be respectful to everyone…especially me. It takes a LONG time to make these, so please be patient!
-Follow the rules and have fun and we’ll get along great!

So ye've decided to go exploring, aye? Well I've gotta admit ya look a little lost! Here, allow me to help.

So the first thing yer gonna wanna do is head over to the ol' Salt Shack! Ain't no better place to pick up all the gear yer gonna need to head out to sea. Make sure ya get a good amount of Sand Dollars though, otherwise they ain't sellin' you squat!

Now, once ye've got yer equipment, choose a spot on the map, fill out the form, and ye'll see what ya get! It's always random, which makes it excitin'! Keep in mind, different location produce different creatures, so keep an eye on the database to get a better idea of what ya may find!

Ya might find an egg! That's a special creature that hatches and grows with time! If you get one keep an eye on it! They're extremely rare though, so good luck!

If you don't feel like trading your pets away for a chance to explore, head to the Free Adopts section and see if any creatures have washed up! They're first come, first serve so check often!

Sand Dollars

Sand Dollars, or SD, are the form of currency used at the Salt Shack! You can buy trade pets for SD, just look at our conversion list!
*Please send payment as trade. Once accepted, your SDs will be added to your account.

> 100- Very Rare
> 300- List Pet (300 for first tier, +20 per tier you go up +100 if you switch from advent to September, September to main, main to above gap)

On the back wall of the Salt Shack you find an aging map, yellowed and curling at the corners and edges, framed and hung by a thin piece of rope. You walk over to it and inquire.

"Ohhhh that ol' thing? Why it's just an old map of the land around here! I'm afraid the salt water has gotten to it a bit though...there's quite a few spots smudged out. Here, why don't you have it, maybe it'll be of some use to ya!"
