"T'was the night before Christmas..." Fia, who had always been the one who indeed LOVED telling stories, was telling a simple Christmas story as every bat was sharing some Hot Cocoa. Eggnog was the most intrigued by Fia's stories, especially Christmas stories. It was when everyone gathered and bonded over the holidays, which was what Eggnog cherished the most. He sipped his Hot Cocoa as Fia finished her story.
"...The End!" Fia chirped. "Who's going next."
Eggnog immediately raised a paw and made his way to the front.
"Here's one I made myself!" He smiled and began...

"While the snow was white and fluffy and the campfire cackled, a simple family lived in a quaint little cottage. Without any jars or money for their home, they set out on a journey to find a a job or place to stay. After an hour of walking, they came across a wishing tree. The Pappa bat wanted to wish for wealth, and the family frowned upon it. The Mamma bat wished for a new home, but they didn't have money for food. The eldest child wanted to wish for power, and the youngest bat wished for his family's posterity. After arguing for a long time, they ended up not wishing for anything at all, as so it seemed. The youngest bat had wished for tranquility before they left. As they arrived at their humble home, creatures of all sorts were there. They had a huge tree decorated with dazzling lights and decorations. There were no presents but the gift of peace and friendship, in the cool, winter air. And so, they spent the night caroling, playing fun games, and danced their jolly little night away.. The End."

Eggnog was pleased when everyone looked at him with goofy grins on their faces.
"I'm thankful for this wonderful place and the reason I'm alive! I love you guys! Happy Holidays!"

Ginger was sitting in front of her fireplace on a small cushion. She was wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket, warming her wings and drinking hot coco. Her mother had fallen asleep watching TV long before. Ginger turned it off, as it was too loud for her liking. The grandfather clock strung midnight. She stood straight up, alarmed. But when she realized it was midnight, her eyes widened and she ran into the kitchen. She dug into her pantry and found a small plate full of cookies. She grabbed a stool and climbed onto it to reach the glasses. Once she got down, she quickly tucked the stool back into it's place and poured milk into the glass. She took a bag of baby carrots and put some of them on the other side of the plate. She grabbed the plate and glass and placed them onto the table. She grabbed her blanket and hot coco, then slid behind the couch, making sure to not make herself visible.

There was a stomp and bells ringing. She smiled and waited for Santa-Bat to come through the door. But what came out was not what she was expecting. It was her father! He had been in the war for a year and she had missed him dearly. She set down her blanket and mug and ran up to him, squeezing him tight. "Daddy! You're home!" She said, excitedly. He lifted her up into the air and kissed her on the forehead. Her mother woke up alarmed, but she quickly smiled as she started happy crying. They all united and hugged. But they were too busy to hear the real jingle bells. Santa-Bat looked through the window and smiled. That is what Christmas was all about; happiness.

Sugar Skull carefully cooked a batch of cookies. She stopped to go and check on the bats when a young un adopted bat tried to reach the cookies. The bat knocked a jar of the remedy that turns anything into bats on one of the moulds. The bat, knowing they would be in trouble, ran away. Sugar Skull uses the mould once when it snapped. She only made one cut with it. Sugar Skull cut the rest with a knife by hand, and she added them all to the oven. Ginger, the cookie who was created with the cookie cutter before it broke, slowly came to life. She felt warmth as she opened her eyes. She began to fly around frantically not knowing where she was. When Sugar Skull opened the oven later she came flying out. Ginger was calmed by Sugar Skull. Sugar Skull used sugar and honey to decorate Ginger to their liking. Sugar Skull fed Ginger milk to completely calm her down and Ginger took a liking to milk. She loves milk more than anything. She was put up for adoption and she can't wait for a new home, as long as they give her milk <3
