Why would you like to breed them?: I think the colors would be nice together. I love the species, and love the different possible outcomes!

Do I need to pay to breed them? And did I do this right?

Yes, but its fairly cheap. And you have a fair bit of buttons so it'll be fine. Thanks for breeding, Although Husklings you have bred through the chamber can't be claimed. That is depending on the amount. If this is what you want then ill be happy to put them in the Breeding Chambers.

You can however, because its your pair. Adopt 1 from the litter if you'd like to.

I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused! Please correct me if I'm wrong.

So you mean that out of the Scuffers I breed, I can only adopt one of them, correct? I'm not sure what it means by Husklings can't be claimed, and what it means depending on the amount.
