Here's more of a version where it's more of a being made as a device kinda thingy:
Even though while creating this Sikaite™ many thought children might not like it because of it's slightly frightful appearance, it was actually quite successful. As the packaging said, Molly was a very playful and friendly Sikaite™, despite the slightly disturbing markings she had. Many more girls wanted her over boys because of her color, and like most Sikaite™, was in high demand. However, only one lucky person who had entered the world of Sikaite™ had received this charm. This player was (enter the name the person who wins the Sikaite here).

Now here's one as more of a living creature, or kind of a mix of the two.

Ever since Molly was a small Sikaite, she was very energetic and playful. Suiting her proud title of "Crayon", she was also very creative. Being certified as the first ever Sikaite, it was usually pretty lonely. Molly spent most of her time waiting to have an "owner" to properly take care of her. She imagined what the human would be like, using the best of her imagination. Sometimes her imagination would go wild, imaging being adopted by an alien creature sort of like herself. Until one day, she met that human. That human was (once again, enter the name of the person who wins them here)
