Dear AJ ~ the first journal ~

Here is my attempt of a pet journal!! I thank Xela III for her amazing journal of Lux for the inspiration!! Please enjoy.

Dear AJ,
My name is Crystal, I don't really know how to start this other than I have no parents I'm a orphan and I live in Lust-thorn city in a abandoned mansion which peope think is haunted, my friend Midnight gave you to me he is utter heaven and I hate to admit it but I like him alot. Here is a picture of me.


I have a little gang of friends I hang with at school so first I'll put my crush Midnight.


here is my best friend Drew.


and the last one is Silver the cat I hang with he is graceful (of course).

See this is the little gang I hang with you see we are the badasses at our school but we go round stopping bullies. The gang I hang out with go round taking the insults into our stride and your probaly woundering why (That would be weird cause your just a book) becuase we can't let it get us down. Your name is AJ because Midnight gave you to me I can still smell his scent on you...you probaly think I'm weird (I have to stop saying these things your a book)!!

The knock at my door made me sit up on my couch I just sat there because no one actually knew I lived here well except Midnight but he just left so it couldn't be him. I crept to the window and peered out I saw Silver and Drew which was surprising because they didn't know where I was crashing they thought I lived in the hotel just a couple of streets down. I opened the window a crack and listened in on their conversation.
"Look Silver you can't be serious, you saw Midnight speak to someone here really." Drew barked.
"Yep he handed something over and left as well." Silver replied. I smirked so they didn't know I was crashing here yet.
"So can we leave it looks like no one's home plus this place gives me the creeps?" Drew asked and I bit my tounge to stop from laughing.
"Yeah sure." Silver said and I watched them back down the path. Across the street I saw a black and blue dog watching the house and I shivered was he spying on the house or was he spying on me. Got to go now I need a nap so bye.

Dear AJ,
Science is boring don't you agree (Ahh there I go again wth is wrong with me your a book you came from a tree) I have to sit next to a she-dog called Lidia she is kind of weird here is a picture of her.

I like her but she doesn't shut up, ever...I sit by the window in science so I casually gaze out it from time to time the black and blue dog was out there looking up at me, I shivered and my fur stood on end.
"Crystal." My teacher snapped and I shot my eyes forward and everyone stared at me.
"Yes sir?" I asked.
"Are you paying the slightest attention to me?" He asked, everyone tensed in their seats because if I am one thing it's honest.
"Yes sir but it was only a small ammount." I admitted, the teacher glared at me and the chalk snapped in his hand.
"At least you were honest." He growled and I shrugged, Midnight was watching me from his seat two tables across from me with concern. I glanced out the corner of my eye and saw the dog was gone, I let out a whoosh of air then I looked to the front of the class room and movement by the door caught my eye. I looked at the door and let out a yelp of surprise on the otherside of the door was the black and blue dog he was watching me his eyes narrowed.
"What's wrong?" Lidia whispered, I ignored her intill a book slammed down in front of me I raised my eyes to see the teacher stood there glaring at me.
"Continue to disturb my lesson and you will leave it." He spat, I apologized and saw Midnight frowing at me in worry. Silver was sat behind me and passed me a note I read it; it read:
What's up you don't seem yourself today?
I wrote back that I felt ill and passed it back I didn't want to worry him. I glanced back to the door and saw the dog was gone and I glanced out the window he wasn't there either maybe he had gone for good.

Dear AJ,
I sat on my couch running my paw through my fur and checked out my window for the eighth time the black and blue dog was still across the street I had bunked off the rest of school to hide from him because he never crossed the street when I was home luckily. I was started to think he was the police and he knew I was crashing in a house that no one currently lived in if he knew that then he obviously knew I was wanted for questioning about a house fire WHICH if I may add I had nothing to do with.
A knock at my door made me jump I checked the window again and the dog was still across the street I crept to the door and I looked out the peep hole and saw Midnight stood there I opened the door on the chain and looked at him.
"Hello..." I whispered.
"Hey Crystal," Midnight said then reaslising I had the chain on frowned, "What's up?" He asked.
"Nothing really I feel ill that's all." I told him my voice cracking. Midnight frowned and nodded.
"Sure but clear your couch off I'll sleep round tonight." He said, I nodded and smiled with Midnight here the black and blue dog might not come here no more. Midnight smiled and said goodbye and left. I shut the door and took refuge on the couch again, I trembled and yelped as I saw the black and blue dog peering in the window I jumped off the couch and up the stairs hiding in what currently was my room.

The knock of the door made me slowly walk down the stairs and timidly look out the peep hole and saw Midnight stood there. I opened the door Midnight walked in a worried expression on his face.
"You've got umpteen detentions for skipping the rest of school." He told me and I groaned.
"Damn there goes my good reputation." I joked timidly, Midnight looked at me his indigo eyes sparkling in the dim room. He went into the living room and closed the curtains then sat on the couch and closed his eyes.
"You are going to bed now right and not standing there and watching me try to sleep?" He asked opening one eye.
"Yeah night." I said, he closed his eye and I walked to my room and shut the door I climbed onto the bed.
I am going to bed now night AJ (oh my days your a book)!!

Dear AJ,
WTH Midnight read you I am so embarrassed...I go to sleep and he read you (why should I care your a book).
I marched downstairs and saw Midnight smiling at me with a false smile.
"Hey." He said slowly turning back to eating his bowl of frosties.
"You read my journal." I snapped, glaring at him nastily.
"I had to...why is it called AJ?" he asked me smiling nervously.
"Because it is a awesome journal." I pointed out.
"Why is it that?" He pleaded.
"Because it's mine." I lied, why should I tell him the truth? Midnight nodded not convinced.
"Really?" He prompted, I glowered at him and he shut up. I ran to the window and looked out the black and blue dog was out there again across the street Midnight joined me.
"Is that him?" He asked, I nodded and he marched to the door and flung it open and ran across the road and pounced on the dog. I ran after him making sure to shut the door.
"Why are you following Crystal?" Midnight growled and the black and blue dog growled back.
"That is strictly confidentional bud." The dog snapped back, I growled at him and he looked at me.
"Look pal she hasn't been sleeping well she thinks your here to kill her." Midnight continued the black and blue dof looked at me with a look of love and I shivered. Up close he was grey, black and blue.
"Look dude I wasn't going to kill her." He whispered, "Look...can we continue this somewhere other than street?"
"Sure move it." Midnight growled yanking him to his feet.
We all went back inside the house and the dog took his seat on the couch.
"The names Blue and I was only watching her till the time came." He explained, here is a pic!


"Time came for what?" Midnight growled, I really admired him for this really.
"To hand her over to my boss and collect the ransom." He said.
"Who's your boss Blue?" Midnight snapped.
"He goes by the name Symbol." Blue hissed, looking at me "And I know why he's got eyes on you."
"Okay thanks." Midnight snapped and punched him making him howl in pain.
"Midnight stop." I begged as he punched him again.
"Look Midnight I'll help you find him I know contacts." Blue said. Midnight nodded and looked at me.
"Pack a bag we'll leave soon I'll let Drew and Silver know and recruit them for help." Midnight instructed, I nodded confused. Midnight said I had to wait while he and Blue go and get Drew and Silver he said he doesn't trust Blue with me luckily.

Dear AJ,
Midnight, Blue, Drew and Silver came back all chatting excitidly Midnight immediatly checked if I was alright I and I told him to take a chill pill Blue said sorry. I just dismissed him and saw Drew and Silver glancing at me.
"You've been crashing here?" Drew asked, I nodded unsure of what to say.
"So Midnight gave you something the other day?" Silver said shooting a grin at Drew.
"Yep and IT isn't like that." I growled and Silver smirked.
"Whatever you say..." Drew teased, I stomped on his paw and he yelped.
"Opps sent a letter and forgot to stamp it." I joked, Drew glared at me and Silver jumped on the couch.
"This is a violent chick." Blue pointed out Midnight growled at him and he shut up. I wonder what the hell is Midnight up too. Midnight smiled at me and I blushed madly under my fur but turned away to hide it, Blue came up behind me and patted my shoulder.
"Look out the window." He told me and I glanced out the window to see the snow falling gently on the floor.
"Wow." I gasped and Midnight, Drew and Silver joined us. Blue smiled at me and mouthed sorry again I nodded and felt someone grab my paw. I looked down to see Midnight holding my paw tightly staring out at the beautiful snow falling down gracefully. I pulled my paw out of his and looked surprised then he smiled and I blushed again Blue sighed and picked up his rucksack.
"Lets head to the train station the tickets will sell out if we don't hurry." Blue informed us and we all grabbed our own rucksacks and hurried out the door I shut the door behind me and actually said goodbye to the house because believe this or not I had lived here for ten months. We saw Lidia who frowned as we all just continued walking toward the train station. Siver was shivering with the cold his fur catching the tiny flakes of snow, Midnight was walking close to me the warmth of his body calling me. I wish so much that I was holding his paw by the window again.
