Melody is an incredibly kind kalon. She may be quiet but shes not shy. Her quietness slowly wears away once you get to know her better. After that you begin to pick up on that small but noticeable amount of sass she has in her. When others learn that she isn't really as innocent as she seems they can be pretty surprised. As Melody tends to look on the positive side of everything and can bring nearly any kalons mood up. She hates seeing others feeling down and tries her best to make everyone feel loved.

Melody is a hopeless romantic. She's always dreamed of being in a romantic relationship since she was a kit. She wanted to have a big family. But she was told that she could never have that due to being homosexual. Her mother told her from a young age that kalons who were like her didn't have children. This crushed her but she didn't stop dreaming. So when her girlfriend (wife now) asked if her if she wanted to adopt a kit she was ecstatic.

Dystopian AU: Melody works as a seamstress. Making clothing for the kalons of Solaris in cold times is something she enjoys as she likes to help others.
Modern AU: She works as a waitress at a restaurant.

✩　 r e l a t i o n s h i p s ;
Lillith // Wife: Melody loves Lillith more than anything in the world. Well she loves her child Cynder just as much. Both kalons had problems with this relationship. For starters, they're from different levels in society. And apparently when a rich and seemingly innocent kalon starts to go on dates with another female from a lower level, others just have to voice their opinion. They told Melody to leave Lillith. 'That girl is just bad news' is what she was told. But she looked past those comments. And she's thankful that she did.

Lillith is a tough kalon who isn't afraid to voice her opinions on things. She's always really been that way. Her attitude of 'not caring' can get her into big trouble as she just does what she wants. She's one of those kalons who's in with the 'wrong crowd'. But she ignores these comments. She tends to keep to herself and doesn't show her 'sensitive or emotional' sides to anyone. Lillith doesn't trust others easily. She only trusts 2 kalons at this point.
Despite acting tough she can be rEaLlY soft. Especially towards her family.

Faye is the kind of kalon who has both a tough interior and exterior. Nothing in her way can remain undefeated in her eyes. Though this rude, snarky and somewhat narcissistic attitude can make most kalons turn in the other direction as fast as possible. So she doesn't have to worry about fighting much. Her fast and generally sarcastic comments dismiss any remaining kalons if they were to challenge her.

Due to her great lack of patience she can become agitated rather easily. This can lead her into trouble some times. And if that didn't land her in enough trouble, her impulsive actions make up for any missed opportunities to stir up danger for herself and others around her.

Dystopian AU: Faye along with two other kalons scout the lands searching for resources and possible places to create structures.

⚬　 Faye has terrible eyesight. So in the Dystopian au a piece of cloth covers her eyes due to no glasses being available to help her. (She needs some pretty strong lens's and those kinds of glasses just don't seem to be available)
⚬　 Since she has terrible sight, in the dystopian au her hearing and sense of smell has heightened greatly to help her.
