We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. Maize is not normal she defies the word in every way feeling the intense need to throw its standards back in the adjectives face. She switches facades like a snake sheds it's skin able to a completely new person within minutes if required. She does not slink in the shadows she observes front and center her confidence nearly unbreakable. She owns every room she enters her presence demanding respect and attention. She is bold in an untouchable sort of way she breaks barriers and rules she throws protocol to those not brave enough to break it for what she believes to be important.

Personality: Banjo is that fun-loving dog with a wide varity of different moods. He can be a lapdog, ready to curl up in anyone's lap and just sleep while watching a movie or perhaps while their owner reads a book. Or, when he isn't feeling lazy, he can be a crazy goon who needs a lot of exercise. Though, he's not hyper to the point where it's too overwhelming. In fact, all he wants is to go and explore. Playing at the park for about an hour would even calm him down! Not only that, but Banjo is extremely loyal, and sticks beside his owner as much as possible. He also responds well to any commands that his owner gives him, making it easy for he and his owner to go on walks late. Banjo is very much a people person, and wouldn't hurt anyone, not even a small fly.

Extra: On Banjo's collar, there is also a bowtie that can be taken on and off, simply by temporarily unhooking his collar.
