Another design done! This fellow is some sort of magical being, certainly someone who enjoys a bit of mischief. Their main ability appears to be able to conjure up clouds and the strange, blueish rock arm. They appear to wear a mask, for some reason or another. They seem to be entirely pleased.

The original randomly chosen song for this fellow turned out to be not a song at all, but one of those silly bonus tracks some CDs have. Because of this, I had to figure out a new song for him. Again, randomly chosen. But only slightly so, as I did pick the song in particular for this fellow, since I'm rather fond of the song and felt that the vibrant colors mixed with a spooky song and a nature related prompt, could result in an interesting character.

concept ramble: he was born into a nuclear war, causing the odd coloring of him. when the war was over, people would be extremely rude and bully him. in responce, he decided he would take all those society called 'freaks' and make everyone jealous of them, because they got to live their idea of a perfect life, would it be a normal life anyone else would experience or living in a mountain cave, he let them live their dream. [he was able to do this with his powers he gained]
