The first sighting of Nora occured in Fujima high. Unsurprisingly, Kiyoshi Ito became the first victim to Nora's convincing charm & manipulation. This eventually led to Kiyoshi's betrayal of his best friend "Oh Shidae". One of the few students that can successfully avoid Nora's charm is Estheris, mainly due to her nature that is equally as evil as Nora's.
Nora possesses an unusual charm that can convince people to follow her orders. Though her quiet nature seems harmless, Nora actually has vile intent. She shows up in high schools as a student & leaves once enough damage has been done. She enjoys causing mischief by psychologically messing with others. Aside from causing chaos to everything around her, Nora takes a strange liking to fire, & always has matches on her. Her full name is unknown, so everyone refers to her as "Nora Nora".
