Kangra NPC's
Kangra NPC's are effectively the core shop keepers and workers of Kangra society. They can be made by any artist as long as they serve a purpose during an event or task. NPC's can be 'owned' by staff members however they're completely sterile and therefore can't be bred.
This thread will be used a storage place for all NPC's, giving a little bit of information on each of them in the form of a bio and status. Sometimes Kangra NPC's may even set up optional simple quests to complete in order to win bonus credits, which can be used in the shop to buy items and MYO's.
