For this competition I wanted to use a warm, calm, almost melancholy moodboard.

For Starlight, I feel she finds sunsets and orange sodas aesthetically pleasing to her. She loves bubbly drinks and watching the sky change from one color into another in such a short, yet slow period of time. After that, though, is something she holds dear to her heart.

The stars- oh, how she loves the stars. She could stargaze for hours, feeling such a deep connection with something so many lightyears away from her. They remind her of her mother, someone who meant the world to her.

100 words or less: Mercury feels lost in the world sometimes. She hasn't found “her place” yet and is terrified of that because it seems like everyone she knows already has. She constantly feels like there is something wrong with her. Mercury frequency has a hard time expressing things, and has developed a passion for music as it helps her express the frustrations that she cannot. Mercury looks to the moon and stars every night, hoping that someone else is looking at the same stars and moon she is, not wanting to be alone this big world.
