Spiritmare Breeding Permit (Basic) - To breed normal Spiritmares
Spirimare Breeding Permit (Grand) - To breed once with Ghostly Spiritmares
Spiritmare Breeding Permit (Splendid) - To breed 3 times with Ghostly Spiritmares, but this breaks down into 2 Grands once you have used it once.
Spirirmare Breeding Permit (Mythic) - To use unlimited to breed with Ghostly Spiritmares.

How this works
So you want to know how to get these permits you say?

Dancer is here to grant permits for art!!!
The art does NOT have to be done by you and can be done by another artist
None of the art can be just lines it has to have color
YOU MAY NOT EVER USE THE SAME LINES AND MUST BE FRESH AND NEW. You may however open it for all NSW fans to color in as long as you set it to not ghostly for them to use. So please post a version they can color that is a solid form

Spiritmare Breeding Permit (Grand)
Shows effort
Lines + Color + Shading
Dancer + another one of my own NSW Lines + Color (Doesn't need shading)

equal to or better than what I can do

Dancer + another one of my own NSW Lines + Color + Shading

Is extremely amazing
Breath taking
outstanding lines, shading, coloring, and background and enough I'd feature it if I had the power

RULES
Pretty much everything said above
If you try to abuse this power you'll not be welcome to this power any longer
I'd suggest attempt just once per week to every 2 weeks, I'd say max 2-3 times per month
There is no need to do more than 1-2 times per month anyways
You may NEVER use color in lines, or anything not fresh and new. It can't be recolored, can be done by another artist if they give the okay.

If the art is not done by you, the artist of you're entry must give the okay for you to use their art for this,p.
