General information
Though Instacats do not have facial features, they are able
to communicate with each other. Their language can be
compared to human speech, though the frequencies they
create are ultrasonic and therefore cannot be interpreted
by humans. They are sentient, with a level of intelligence
similar to humans, and their physical forms offer
an amount of mobility similar to the common housecat.
Their foam-like bodies cannot regenerate, but will easily
bond to any of the same material once it is added on.
They "feed" by absorbing minerals from water.
When personified, Instacats do have facial features,
and function similarly to humans (recommended for RP).
Rules:
-If you own an Instacat, you may: sell it (for C$ or CS
pets only), trade it (within the species), roleplay it,
draw it, breed it (coming soon), and gift it.
-for trading/gifting/selling rules, see the transferring
outpost (wip)
-you cannot make an instacat if you aren't an artist
-I'd prefer if you didn't use this concept for your own
species
-don't beg/spam please
-be nice to each other
-the limit to how many you can own is currently 20
-pm me with questions or concerns
-I have the right to ban you/take away your
instacats if you break any species rules
that's pretty much all have fun kids

Staff Guidelines
general staff:
-staff may obtain a staff custom 2 weeks after being hired.
-staff customs may have 1 rare edit and any edits below rare.
-staff customs must be created by an artist.
mods:
-please only administer strikes with my approval. bans can only be administered by myself.
-contact me if there is a problem you need help solving.
artists:
-when adding edits, try to replicate the effect that the main instacat coloring has- small areas which are partially transparent.
-please grow instacats within a day!
