just so everyone knows, the rules have been updated/cleaned up and will now finally settle.
please make sure all of you look over it and it is now safe to not have to worry as much about the rules
changing consistently. thank you all for your patience. the cs rarity guide still needs to be updated, so
please reference the doc guide when looking at traits.
the doc guide will be updated if there are errors, but no major changes will be made at this time.
