I am REALLY VERY Excited to hear and see all of what other collectors have to show and say. I'm Quite overly Excited about making this group here on CS. I hope to meet other collector's and hear their stories and experience's with Collecting.

Oh wow so happy to see some plush talk on here since I've been collecting plushes for basically my entire life cx

I don't collect plush lines as much anymore, but I was really big into Webkinz as a kid when they first came out. I still collect signatures and I'm hoping to collect all of the signatures one day since they were always my favorite and very nostalgic for me now!
I can't even name all of the ones I own at the top of my head. Most are in storage while I'm repainting and reorganizing my room, but I'd say I'm only missing about 15% of them.

I do also collect Douglas plushes as well I especially love the DLux plushes and always find plenty on my annual visit to Cape Cod. I think I brought back 3 this year:
Thor the Leonberger, Moses the Terrier Mix, and Buttercup the Doodle pup with a little Cape Cod sailor hat from Cuffy's.
For some reason, Douglas plushes sell like hot cakes there and I've always bought them when I visit so it's also become quite a fond memory for me and very nostalgic as I've been visiting the cape since I was a wee child.
I'd really love to get my hands on the Briard Douglas (which I believe was exclusive to Cape Cod) and Bingley the rescued shepherd mix.

I also have–not as many now after donating most–quite a few beanie babies and other larger TY plushes from my childhood too. My dad was a big beanie baby collector for a while and bought us beanie babies all the time.

The last one I can think of is Pokemon plushes especially Rowlet plushes! Also have been a life-long fan of Pokemon and have amassed quite the collection of plushes growing up. Pokemon plushes are usually my main focus when buying new plushes. I think that's also my most valuable collection though it's certainly not worth a small fortune!

I'll have to snap some photos of the plushes I have out some time even though they're kind of all over the place hah I think besides TY, Pokemon, Douglas, and Webkinz, most of my other plushes are misc brands that I find while shopping.

Yeah I've been collecting since I was a kid too, I my self have a hoard of Beannie baby dog's (I clung to dog's Rabbits and a few misc Creature's)

Once I achieve OutBack I hope to dive deep into plush making! Super excited 😄

I've been wanting to start a topic on here that could catch some interest, I thought this could be a good one.

A Leonberger is a Great Grab! I don't think I am familiar with the other two, I will have to look them up.

For me it has been Gund, Animal Alley and Douglas Cuddle Toy and Beanie baby where my go to growing up lately a few other Brands have been catching my eye that I can't remember at the top of my head right now.

Pokémon is awesome I have found I prefer the show Cards and DS/Gameboy game's better then the plush

I guess I am just picky with plush lol 😆 I have to feel Theriot energy and a click to get it like yes you belong to me (grabs off where ever to bring home my new little precious soft cuddly joy happy thing).....I'm sure ya know the feeling lol 😂 my words aren't the best always

I'm collecting casually!

I don't have much opportunity to get more / not a fan of a lot of them but I love my plushies that I got.
Always up for more red foxes when they're available, pretty emotionally linked to them for a couple reasons

With me right now I got

Raymond - pig who was my first plushie in memory
Squiddy - giant squid who I never named properly
4 red foxes, all very different (one of them isn't named yet, I struggle with names)
fluffy dromaeosaurid (unnamed still)
and an eagle and a woodpecker who my nan got me
(and a little among us plague doctor)

Most of my plushies are gifts, I only bought the dino with my own money, I bought him from a friend who was re-homing

hello everyone i am bloodclot and i .. kind of collect plushies.

i feel im too old for that , but it brings me comfort still.

i don't have much to spend on them these days, but ill always buy a cute one when i see one haha.. neeed that sushi squishmellow now....
i have a collection of dragons! one with two heads, a small one, a tybabies one. i have a collection of little tybaby bears, theres a pink one, a black one, and a brown one!! i loveee them so much!
i have a mushroom pillow from five below, it has pastel mushrooms on it that says stay groovy, not exactly a plushie but i count it!
my favorite plushie is a little purple turtle i have and he has suppppppperrrr long legs lol!!! i bring him everywhere i go.

my bed is full of miscellaneous plushies. i have a huge leopard to snuggle with, and a cat in a squid costume squishmallow. they will always be my children
