Your body might be immune, or the brain. So you could be, paralyzed a bit kinda. If your mind is totally conscious, sorry to say, you cant make a sound XD
But otherwise, there are good things to it. You get food you might NEVER get.your voice will be high pitched too.

it's not 2 bad you might get put to sleep and it might hurt but other than that it's great 'cause your not sick 8)
