I just remembered this.

Last year, I was in APUSH. I was working on our big weekly assignment on the couch. My younger dog, Gus, jumps up besides me. I was a ways into the project, so I had some of the completed sheets of paper laying besides me. Gus sees them and proceeds to feast!

I was able to save my papers, but one sheet of notes had a good bite out of it. Anyways, the next class, the teacher is stamping off work and asks why one of my sheets is so beat up. I look at him and say "you're not gonna believe this, but my younger dog actually tried to eat my homework."

The teacher just sighed, muttered something along the lines of "you being who you are, I believe it," and stamped off my work anyways.
