It's just a sign of disrespect. I don't know, it goes back for centuries. Wearing your hat indoors was considered a sign of disrespect to the owner of the establishment. Don't ask me why, I don't know, I just know it was. Plus, hats can be associated with gangs, they can serve as distractions, and they can obscure the view of another student or the student wearing the hat. My class went over it in school last week, and that's the reasons our teacher gave us.




Mom, why did you make the pizza? It's not even going to make it until tomorrow. We were fine with just the spaghetti.

but some classes of mine, the teachers dont understand why its a rule
and lets us wear hats in that class

Well, you really can't blame them. It's a centuries old tradition. It's like removing your hat for the Pledge, if you're American. You just do it because you always have.
