What's in your mirror?

So a few days ago I came across a REALLY fun little exercise. Here is how it works.

When you have time so as not to feel rushed, sit in a really comfy chair or lay down somewhere, & make yourself as comfortable as possible. It helps to have soft music playing in the background. Close your eyes, but try not to fall asleep.

Once your eyes are closed, imagine that you are transported to the top floor of a seventh story building. There are no windows. The top floor is all red. The walls, the floor, the ceiling, all a bright, vibrant red. (my paint comes with glitter). It is a very pretty shade of red (hint here to imagine a shade that's pleasing to YOU). You calmly walk down a red corridor, taking your time, until you come to the end where you find a silver escalator. As you ride the escalator down, the red walls pass by to either side of you until you reach the bottom & step off.

Waiting there is a door with a number 6 on it. You open the door & step into another corridor, but this one is orange. A bright & vibrant orange. And so it continues through each subsequent level, each level another color (which I will list below) and the escalator is always silver. This should be an unhurried & relaxing adventure.

So on you go from the 7th level (red) to the 6th level (orange) to the 5th level (yellow/gold) to the fourth level (emerald green) to the third level (blue) to the second level (purple) to the first level (bright violet). At the very end of the corridor on the violet level should be a full sized mirror covored by a sheet. With no expectations in mind, pull away the sheet & look into the mirror. What do you see?

My mirror was stolen so I have to try again. I plan to do so tonight.

Okay so I tried this last night, and I think I saw my shadow in the mirror. And it was weird because even though it didn't have eyes, I could feel it watching me.
What does it supposed to mean?

It is a journey into the subconscious, or it's supposed to be, so you're supposed to see your inner self or your perception of yourself.

I did it again & I saw someone I recognized as me, but wasn't me. I have dark hair, mostly a mix of browns & black, but the mirror me had dirty blond, my real eyes are weird, they change colors, the mirror me had vibrant green eyes. The real me is shorter than the mirror me. There were also other features on my mirror me that are not there on the "real" me but that felt right. I plan to do this again soon to see if I get the same results.

I just tried this. VERY relaxing, I loved it <3 I listened to Enya^^
I almost fell asleep when I was in the blue room XD

Anyway I saw an average heighted girl with long curly blond hair. She was slightly tanned and had bright green eyes. I couldn't see her very well, but that was what I saw.
