I don't know about you, but... that sounds more like sleep paralysis then a dream. People hallucinate during this. Sorry you're getting whatever these are.
as a person who suffers from sleep paralysis, i'm going to second crumbledtower on this one.
a tip: avoid sleeping on your back. sleeping on your back makes you more likely to experience sleep paralysis! it can still happen when you're on your side/stomach (i would know), but it's much less likely!
i hope you stop experiencing this soon! i know how scary it can be.
