i'm from the western us and call them "blocks," and if prompted to specify, "the block to the charger."
apple apparently calls them "usb power adapters," but "blocks" suits the bill for me-

I live in the Midwest USA, and usually call it a plug or a charger. Wall charger if I need to be more specific. Or "part that plugs into the wall."

Well, I mainly call the whole USB wire thingy (including the bulky part) a 'charger' but for
the box thing I mainly call it the 'bulky part' like I mentioned before c:
