We have two small dogs and we don't want to hurt them, we actually want to keep them but we know we might not be able too. My mom really wants a rabbit, so do I, but they are hard to manage and wild ones? Those are hard to keep them calm and they are afraid, but when my dad comes back from FL. he might want to kill them, he's a hunter and he would, I know it. I don't know want to do, please help us. Thank you.

1st- Are they actual wild rabbits or are they feral pet rabbits?

If they are bushbunnies/jacks/cottontails then they are wild rabbits and you should not be trying to make them into pets and in some areas that is even illegal since they are wildlife.

If they are just feral domestics, use a live trap to catch them, but they won't be friendly rabbits.

Uh-oh guys.
I'm sad to say that I'll be posting baby bunny photos.
My 2 year old rabbit Poppy had yet another "surprise litter"
I'm just shook right now.
The sire (I know who he is, it's so obvious.) is housed next to Poppy, but there's a good amount of space between them, there is no way they could've mated through the bars.
The problem is, they're inbred. The sire and the dam are related. I'm so glad Poppy wasn't hurt, but I don't know what to do with the babies. None of them are misformed or struggling as of now, they are all as healthy as they can be, considering the size of the litter. Which reminds me.
She kindled 9 kits.
9.
I don't know what to do!
And I know 100% who the father is.
Calvin, my chocolate dutch.
You can tell because some of the babies are chocolate and some have dutch markings.
Ahh
This is so stressful!

Oh no. That's not good.

The inbreeding however isn't going to be causing any issues trust me. Rabbits can inbreed for what is it, 20 generations I believe until problems may arise? It's a very, VERY common practice with breeders to line/inbreed. Most often you get your best quality rabbits that way.

Phew!
I've never had an inbreeding, and there is a lot of controversy on inbreeding on the internet, so I didn't know what to think.
Anyway, they're adorable and I'll be posting photos and melting over them.
Because.... They're irresistible...

Have they had a litter before? Also, do you know how they mated, so you could prevent this happening again? Don't take me for one of those 'You're so bad for blah blah blah' people, I'm just curious. :) I love baby buns! They're adorable. You're lucky ;)

Yes, Poppy has had a litter before with a different sire. Calvin is her sire. I can't prevent it, as I don't know. There's no possible explanation.

But a lot of responsibility, and now I have to take care of 15 of them along with schoolwork, and career preparations.
And my legal guardian will cull them if I can't take care of them. And they're so little and tiny, and innocent...

Since Easter is coming up, does anyone else think its wrong for family's to buy rabbits as a "Easter present" and then just not take care of them after the Holiday? If your going to get a rabbit, take care of them! Don't buy them for a person who doesn't even know how to hold one!

I agree. It's so mean. I'd never do that, unless I knew that I was for sure going to keep the rabbit for it's whole life. Or as long as I could.
