And yes, she has a scratching post but she never ever uses it. My parents are getting sick of it and they're threatening to declaw her if she doesn't stop
There is a spray you can get that has citrus extracts in it. Cats hate the smell and will generally avoid it. You could also try getting these long strips of double-sided tape designed to go on corners of walls and furniture. They don't like the sticky feeling on their paws, so it should deter them. Other than that, you could try rolling up a newspaper or using a paper towel tube and smacking it in a hard surface. The noise should startle her enough to get her to stop what she's doing. Or you could try squirting her with water, but it doesn't sound like that's really working for you. Some cats just don't really care about being squirted. The only other thing I could suggest is getting other scratching pads to place around the house in areas she likes to scratch. You can get a simple cardboard scratching pad for pretty cheap at most pet stores or Walmart.

And by this I mean that a few weeks ago, we ran out of food but we didn't have time to get some for him. My sister tried feeding him. something then layed down on the floor. My cat is the sweetest cat I have ever met.. This next part surprised me.
He went over to my sister (aka Dutchdonut) and intentionally bit her on her face!
What would this be called? He gets so..aggressive when he is hungry.
He likely did it because he was hungry and didn't know how else to show you guys. Cats have a weird way of saying they want certain things, that's just how they are. I would suggest reprimanding him for biting, though. It can quickly turn aggressive if he figures out he can get whatever he wants by biting. If he does it again, give him a small flick on the nose or ear, or make a loud "pssst" noise. That should let him know that you don't like it and won't tolerate it.

I am very worried!
Chip has not eaten dinner and he is outside. I probably shouldnt be worrying but he always comes when I call his name + it's dinner!
I have not seen him in 4 hours at the most.....
He might have fallen asleep somewhere or just isn't feeling hungry enough to come home. You can go search for him, if you know the places he likes to go. If he's gone too much longer, maybe ask your neighbors if they've seen him.
