Just something I would suggest to change: Hamsters don't actually enjoy company, none of the domestic species, even Roborovskis will fight when together until death, I would really never advise to keep two Hamster together, no matter the species. (Also, it's species and not breeds)

Be aware that the link of the FAQ has some mistakes as well about Hamsters.

this ^ I agree with this.
We got two Roborovskis because the lady at the shop suggested to get two...no, it ended in bloodshed - luckily no fatal wounds, but Silver was bitten badly and had a chunk missing from her hind leg (near her tail.) There is some that get along, if they have grown up together and are more laid back - but I wouldn't risk it anyway.

I have a huge problem.

I bred rats and now I have about 15-16 rats that no one wants. Not even pet stores.

Yes, it's most probably that they will fight than the otherwise, if you search for "Hamster fight" on Youtube you will find that most of the videos are of the two species that are considered more social, the Campbell and the Roborovski.

Also, even if they don't fight, they will live stressed and that's not healthy for them. =/

Well, now, let me show you some of my hamsters, I posted on the old thread a few times, so, some of you may remember about them!

Why didn't you think of that before you bred them? All I can say is, try Craigslist.

@The mad girl.
Mhm - ever since I refuse to listen to the petshop people, and will do my research online rather than asking them.
Still - if it wasn't for the worker we never would have had Snowy & Silver, so I can't say I'm angry with her mistake.

I just about died when I saw those photos - your hamsters are gorgeous <3
The gif of Minerva sleeping is just precious.

I lost a baby hamster in the house over a month ago and last night he decided he'd jump in with my dwarf hamster. He's so big, but he's very snappy. His mother just died last week ;;

In most shops they don't really care if the people they employ have experience with the pets they sell, so, most of the shops are not the right place to ask about them, it's much better to do some research and talk to a registered or experienced breeder before, also, it's always better (muchhhh better) getting them from a breeder, but I perfectly know that some countries don't really have good breeders and some don't even have a Klub.

Oww, thank you! >.<
I love them to death! I have more gifs of Minerva like that, but I'm kinda busy at the moment, but later I will try to post all. :lol:
