I own a few holland lops and have been taking care of bunnies since I was a child. So excited to see this thread here. Perhaps I will post pictures of them soon.

They are so cute! Would you mind sharing a picture of the space they are in now? I'm looking to get bunnies as well and am curious to see everyone's setups c:

Thanks!

I will once the new floor arrives. c:

They're currently on a plastic cover (one that covers the whole space, so they don't have any edges that they can chew on), so it doesn't look as good yet.

Of course the buns were here a week earlier than the floor.

That blue laundry bin will also probably vanish (or be used as another litter box), because their proper digging box arrives via mail tomorrow.

To make up for it, I will just distract you with another picture of the cutiepies:

Does anybody here have sever hay fever or hay allergy, but still own rabbits?

I've been riding horses my whole life and suffer greatly when at the barn around hay. It clears up after a couple hours once I leave, but if I get a bunnies, they'll be in my home and I'll constantly be around it.

If you have allergies to hay I'd advise housing your bunnies outdoors.

You can still bring them indoors to spend time with them...like we do. But you won't be exposed to the hay continually.

It's very cold where I live and the winter months are long. I wouldn't be comfortable with having them outdoors.
