That's always a plus. I live in the south in the US so we have a few that are a couple hours away. But they're so worth the trip.

I always wanted to go to a snake show, but there's none around me. I'm guessing they sell snakes there. xD Now I really, really want to go. How much do they usually cost? :3

Depending on the show, the admission costs can be free or up to $10. The reptiles sold there are usually much cheaper than being at a pet store or online. That's only because they would like to sell as many as possible in a short amount of time. It also sucks packing them all up and taking them back at the end of the day. XD

Actually, many species of Garter snakes eat nightcrawlers, earthworms and small fish. There's also an egg-eating snake but those are rare in the pet trade.

Why you want to join: I love snakes! We have heaps of them around where I live (Australia) and they can be sorta scary, but I think they're amazing animals.
Do you have a snake: I used to but sadly he was eaten by my cat DX. He was a Ball Python and his name was Lee. He was only 5 when my darned cat got him . That was a while ago, though.
