This is Everest, my beloved. He is a 9 year old Paint, Appendix cross. 17hh, he is the gentlest giant I know! He jumps, does dressage, and rides both english and western. To me, he is my therapy horse because part of the reason we bought him was because for the last few years I have been struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and drug addiction. Everest keeps me entertained and everyday he bring me so much joy and hope. He is so important to me, and has made a HUGE difference in my recovery
The root word of eucharisteo is charis, meaning “grace.” Eucharisteo, thanksgiving, envelopes the Greek word for grace, charis. But it also holds its derivative, the Greek word chara, meaning “joy.” Charis. Grace. Eucharisteo. Thanksgiving. Chara. Joy.
