Currently not accepting anything, because there is not an art contest right now.

Here are the rules:

1) You may not use a free base or character creator, you must draw everything yourself!
2) Apply all Chicken-Smoothie rules
3) No whining if you do not win
4) No bashing another person's art
5) If you try to convince me to not include someone you will be not be allowed to participate
6)Understand that I can use the OC however I like
7) You may submit 5 OCs, but you will only place once(If you even do place), but you will get a prize(from my double group) for every other OC entered


All other participants will receive a prize of their choose from my 'Doubles' group.

-Neon/Multicolored hair, multicolored is okay as long as the colors match well
