I don't think you understand how contests work. You need to be more specific than "Mascot". what sort of Mascot? Color, Gender, name?

no one won cuz there really was not entrees
it said in my first post do not entre a banner and everyone entred one, but it also said they would not be entred. so there was no entrees, and no point in picking a winner..... as no one entred

thats really wrong. these people worked really hard to create nice paintings and they were expecting to have a chance at winning a prize. Thats horrible to take that away from them
