I decided to try again, as my last drawing met barely any specifications.

His feet are modeled after a chameleons, they work the same way as well. His flesh is rotting, thats why one of his limbs and his jaw are missing, that is also the reason that he wears the skull, his eyes are sunken in. The trees roots grow right around his heart and lungs, forming a rib cage like structure.

Here's my entry!

He's a Canadian Lynx, you choose the name.
He's been in hospital for most of his life after an encounter with a parasitic fungus, of which has now embodied itself into his lower spine, gradually taking over his back and body, exactly like a parasite to its host. He is unable to walk as it has paralysed most of his lower region, and has been forced to use a wheelchair. The doctors are still trying to find a way to remove the fungus, the task being practically impossible, for if they do, the fungus has inbedded itself so deep into his spine, it would surely kill him. He's learned to live with it, despite how painful and uncomfortable it is.
As the fungus is slowly making its way up the back of his neck, it often causes him to have spasmodic fits.
